2022 EDIT: Returned to Fujiyama after a while to see if my old review was still accurate. Fortunately, I had a pleasant experience during a full restaurant on a saturday evening at 17:00. The food was tasteful, the employees were reactive and it was relatively fast delivered to our table! I saw that they changed the management and it clearly shows. The portions can vary day to day but would definetly recommend. 2020: Had a bad experience.
I strongly recommend Fujiyama suchi in Drummondville. Price is okay (suchi are always expensive), the quality and variety is great. Be careful when you order by phone because there is another one in Granby. It is a all you can eat so you on won't leave unsatisfy but if you order/take away the 70 piece menu should suffice a 5 people group

I can tell i do eat sushi a lot here, even one of my favorite place in drummondville. Since i lived in Trois-Rivieres, The only sushi i liked the most was Hana Sushi & Sushi shop One of the best meat is the beef, you can't miss it. The beef is so tender that it melts everytime you take a bite. It's so good omg. Also sashimi is the best, i take everything in the menu. No question asked. 5 stars for the food and the creation they made for sushi No one can resist the love for sushi.
For me it's 5 stars. It's not perfect but for food ( which is the most important thing evaluated in a restaurant) it's been awesome. Sushi has been fresh and of good quality. One thing to note is they are short on staff and when there's no customers they do tend to close, so it has been closed when we got there (shortly before closing at 2.30) but a few calls usually get us in and you have restaurant for yourself! The tall mister who's a waiter there is very pleasant and helpful so it's been nice experience for us! Price for lunch on Friday was 24 tax and you pay before eating which is a bit unusual but no problem. Overall very nice experience and tasty food! I think best sushi all you can eat in Drummondville considering limited options. Hope this helps someone
Price was reasonable for an all you can eat. All the dishes we tried (17 or so) were absolutely delicious. Any of the fried foods weren’t overly heavy- but actually felt and tasted like traditional tempura. The soups - I would stick with Miso. The wonton soup was the only thing we tried on the menu that wasn’t anything special. The salads- an avocado salad with a delicious sesame vinaigrette. Or the seaweed salad which had a stronger flavour and also scrumptious. We tried coconut shrimp and tempura shrimp. Both were well done. Imperial rolls, dumplings both had distinct flavours. We also tried the BBQed chicken, shrimp, and beef. The beef was our favourite but they were all good. And salmon sashimi. Awesome. Masago sushi , and a few rolls. For desert we tried the fried banana, pineapple and ice cream. The fried pineapple was something special that I’ve never seen before. All in all, all of the dishes had good and unique flavours. It isn’t an all you can est where everything tastes the same. The only thing that could be improved on is perhaps the service - not the people. But there were about 19 tables when we were ending our meal with 2 cooks and 1 server. I’m not sure if this is how it is all the time but the service got longer as more tables showed up. Wasn’t a huge deal for us since we got there at opening but it might be for others. Well done and thank you for a good dining experience. In Drummondville of all places. We were pleasantly surprised :)
Really good AYCE sushi, way better than other places we’ve visited. The menu is a good size and has decent options. Definitely recommended to call ahead for reservations for dinner time as they seem to be booked most nights and walk-ins aren’t always available.
